industrial Maintenance mechanic Apprenticeship Program
Our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship is open to public applicants as well as customer employees. The two-year program is certified by the Department of Labor and provides the foundational training and real-world experience necessary to launch a successful career in industrial maintenance. Successful graduates earn their Journeyman Certificate as a Maintenance Mechanic.
Skills Assessment
Online assessment of key skill categories: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Assessments are captured at the individual technician level, but results can be aggregated and analyzed for full teams to assess skill gaps and design customized development plans.
Hands-on Training
Interactive training delivered directly to your team. Our trainers can host your team in our workshop in Portage, MI or we can travel to meet your team at your facility. Hands-on training covers a range of key areas including:
- PLCs (Basic & Intermediate)
- Motors & Controls (Basic & Intermediate)
- Welding (TIG, MIG, Arc/Stick)
Asynchronous Online Training
Hundreds of online training courses and simulations. Comprehensive catalog which covers all key aspects of industrial maintenance — providing the specific training content needed to challenge and develop individuals of all skill levels.
