Assess

We spend 2–3 days onsite at your facility to assess your team, processes, technology systems and performance metrics to establish a current-state baseline and identify key focus areas for improvement. Upon completion of the assessment, we provide a detailed report and expected ROI projection which is used to identify and prioritize program objectives and design customized solutions.

Deploy

Pro Services deploys our dedicated maintenance program team, led by an experienced Program Manager, to begin the initial engagement phase of the program — onboarding to the process and establishing access to key team members as well as data and systems.

Execute

With the program objectives established and our dedicated team deployed to your site, we move into execution mode — working through a detailed program plan tailored to drive targeted performance improvements. Throughout execution, we work daily alongside your team and provide regular progress reports to your Leadership Team as well as the Executive Sponsor of the program.
