This hands-on, two-year program starts with 14 weeks of classroom, lab and field instruction at our Portage, MI facility. Then it’s out to the job site where you’ll apply your training in real environments. Graduates earn an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman Certificate and step into full-time roles supporting critical infrastructures across manufacturing, energy and beyond.
